No stress on the materials. So we ditched the usual warm-the-air approach and went straight to infrared radiation. It warms what needs warming—floors, walls, people—without churning up the air. What’s under the hood: power that fits your space The heart of the heater is a high-intensity infrared lamp module. We set it up to run on standard industrial voltages, usually 230V or 400V, depending on what the building already has. That lets us pack a lot of wattage—think 1500W to 2500W—into a slim vertical design. The payoff? Big heat in a small footprint. It covers open areas or pinpoints a zone without a maze of ductwork. One thing to keep in mind: because the heat is so concentrated, the nearby electrical cabinets and cooling systems need to be rated to handle the extra warmth. The materials that make it steady and tough Inside, you’ll find a halogen-filled quartz tube. The halogen gas shields the filament, so output stays stable and the lamp lasts longer than a standard incandescent. The quartz envelope sends infrared energy right where it needs to go—direct heat, not hot air. For hooking it up, we use an R7s connector. Those double-ended pins give a solid, secure connection that’s easy to wire and can take the little jolts of startup and shutdown without loosening. It’s a straightforward, reliable swap for existing industrial fixtures. What it feels like to use it: quiet control, no compromises Here’s the part you’ll actually notice.
